If you aren’t satisfied with our service and claim for refund then please study the following carefully:
Refund is possible if:
- Your generated paystub from our software is not delivered to you in your inbox within 24 hours.
- You have already submitted the request for the rectification of your pay stub but you were not able to get the rectified copy within 24 hours.
- You paid twice for the same stub.
Refund is not possible if:
- You don’t like the look and feel of the generated paystub.
- It’s not what you expected it to be.
- If you didn’t get your generated paystub, you can contact our live support, or contact us or you can request a resend order but you won’t be provided with any refund.
- You feel the calculations are incorrect.
- Details like full change in employers name, employees name, or pay period cannot be corrected and hence it is non-refundable. Kindly note: The minor corrections like spelling mistakes in employees name and employers name can be modified.
